Denton Hatch has over 30 years of trial experience.
As lead counsel, Mr. Hatch has handled numerous cases including estate planning, accident and injury cases, criminal, family law, municipal law, bankruptcy, real estate, business and contract law.
Mr. Hatch graduated from BYU law school with honors, and had the privilege of clerking for a Utah federal judge before beginning practice. Mr. Hatch served as president 2005-2006 of the Central Utah Bar Association which is an organization of about 1135 attorneys in Central Utah.
Denton Hatch has been admitted to practice in, and litigated and appeared in, every court in the State of Utah (District, Appellate, and Utah Supreme Court), and every Federal Court (Utah District, Tenth Circuit). Mr. Hatch has also appeared before the Supreme Court of the United States. He has been in good standing since being admitted to each of these courts. Although other attorneys in the Provo area have been admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court Denton Hatch is one of few who have practiced and argued before the U.S. Supreme Court.
